The following provisions apply if Wolf Eclipse: Alpha Hunt is downloaded through Apple's App Store.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Umbral Works Studio (Umbral Works Studio), not Apple Inc. ("Apple").

Umbral Works Studio (Umbral Works Studio), and not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content, subject to applicable law.

The license granted to you for the application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and any permitted family-sharing or volume-purchasing arrangements.

To the extent required under Apple's applicable terms:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application;
• Umbral Works Studio (Umbral Works Studio), rather than Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application;
• Umbral Works Studio (Umbral Works Studio), rather than Apple, is responsible for investigating valid intellectual-property infringement claims relating to the application; and
• Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of the portions of these Terms applicable to App Store distribution and may enforce those provisions where permitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under Apple's applicable terms or applicable consumer law.

26. No Professional Or Financial Advice

Information provided through the Service is intended for entertainment and general informational purposes.

Nothing available through the Service constitutes:

• financial advice;
• investment advice;
• gambling advice;
• legal advice;
• tax advice;
• professional advice; or
