This Privacy Policy explains how Umbral Works Studio (Umbral Works Studio) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use Wolf Eclipse: Alpha Hunt, Wolf Eclipse, https://wolfeclipse.example, and any related applications, websites, features, content, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.

1. About The Service

Wolf Eclipse: Alpha Hunt and Wolf Eclipse provide a single premium endless-runner game, played on a moonlit forest trail, together with the supporting website.

The games made available through the Service are intended solely for entertainment and demonstration purposes.

The Service:

  • does not offer real-money gambling;
  • does not accept wagers or bets;
  • does not permit users to deposit money for gameplay;
  • does not provide cash withdrawals;
  • does not award cash prizes or anything redeemable for money;
  • does not provide cryptocurrency or other external currency;
  • operates only in-game currencies that are earned through play — Gold, Moon Crystals, Wolf Essence and Eclipse Tokens — none of which can be bought with money, exchanged for money, or cashed out;
  • does not allow users to purchase chips, coins, credits, tokens, or any other in-game item with real money — everything in the game is earned by playing it;
  • does not provide an opportunity to win real money, property, or other things of monetary value; and
  • is not intended to function as a real-money casino, sportsbook, gambling platform, or financial service.

The Service contains no casino, slot, reel, jackpot or wagering mechanics of any kind. Its rewards are earned by playing, and the nightly moon dial is a fixed daily reward that costs nothing to turn, cannot be bought, and always pays.

We develop and operate the Service ourselves. It offers no third-party games and does not act as a directory for anyone else’s.

2. Scope Of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by us in connection with the Service.

It does not necessarily apply to independent websites, game providers, content providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, application stores, social networks, or other third parties whose services may be accessed through or integrated with the Service.

Third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with third-party services.

3. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Service, the device you use, your privacy settings, and the technologies incorporated into the Service.

We may collect the following categories of information.

  • your email address;
  • information included in your message;
  • technical information you voluntarily provide;
  • screenshots or attachments you send to us; and
  • any other information you choose to provide.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to address your request.

3.2 Device and Technical Information

When you access the Service, certain technical information may be collected automatically.

Depending on the platform and technologies used, this may include:

  • time zone;
  • general geographic region inferred from an IP address;
  • referring URL;
  • pages or screens viewed;
  • date and time of access;
  • session duration;
  • application launches;
  • interactions with buttons, menus, games, and other features;
  • crash logs;
  • diagnostic information;

We may use this information to operate, secure, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

3.3 Usage Information

We may collect information about how users interact with the Service, including:

  • games viewed;

  • search activity;
  • navigation paths;
  • features used;
  • approximate session duration;
  • frequency of use;
  • interactions with content;
  • favorites or similar preferences, if such functionality is offered;

  • aggregated usage statistics.

This information helps us understand which portions of the Service are useful and how we can improve functionality and user experience.

  • complying with privacy choices.

Additional information is provided in the "Cookies and Similar Technologies" section below.

3.5 Push Notification Information

If the Service offers push notifications and you choose to enable them, we or our service providers may process a device push-notification token and related technical identifiers necessary to deliver notifications.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

3.6 Information Related to Third-Party Games

Some games or demo experiences listed through the Service may be provided, hosted, embedded, streamed, or otherwise delivered by third parties.

When you open or interact with third-party content, the relevant provider may automatically receive information such as:

  • your IP address;
  • browser information;
  • device information;
  • operating system information;
  • referring URL;
  • cookie identifiers;
  • session information; or
  • interactions with its content.

The third-party provider's processing of this information is governed by its own privacy policy rather than this Privacy Policy.

4. Information We Do Not Require For Gameplay

Because the Service does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, real-money prizes, or virtual currency purchases, we do not require financial information for gameplay.

In particular, the Service itself is not designed to require users to provide:

  • bank account details;
  • payment card details;
  • cryptocurrency wallet information;
  • deposit information;
  • withdrawal information;
  • gambling account balances;
  • wagering history involving real money;
  • payment verification documents; or
  • financial information for the purpose of placing bets.

If an independent third-party website accessible through the Service requests payment or financial information, that request is made by the third party and is subject to that third party's terms and privacy practices.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for transactions conducted with independent third parties.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information merely for using the Service.

Depending on applicable law, sensitive personal information may include information concerning:

  • racial or ethnic origin;
  • religious beliefs;
  • political opinions;
  • health information;

  • sexual orientation;
  • precise geolocation;
  • government identification numbers; or
  • financial account credentials.

Please do not voluntarily send sensitive personal information to us unless it is necessary for a specific request.

6. How We Use Information

Consent

We may process information based on your consent, for example where consent is required for certain cookies, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, or communications.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

We may process information where necessary for legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

These interests may include:

  • operating the Service;
  • maintaining security;

Current analytics providers, if applicable, may include:

If advertising, attribution, or campaign measurement technology is used, relevant providers may process identifiers or technical information for purposes such as measuring installations, referrals, campaigns, or advertising effectiveness.

Current advertising or attribution providers, if applicable, may include:

None

Where applicable law requires consent before such technologies are used, we will seek that consent.

8.4 Game and Content Providers

Where games are hosted or provided by third parties, those providers may receive technical information directly from your browser or device when you interact with their content.

We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected independently by third parties.

The Service contains no third-party games. Where we link to an outside website, the link is not an endorsement of it.

You should review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party service before using it.

10. Cookies And Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files or similar technologies that may be placed on your device when you visit a website.

We may use the following categories of cookies or similar technologies.

  • your mobile operating system settings; or
  • privacy controls provided by the relevant platform.

Blocking certain technologies may affect some features of the Service.

11. Tracking And Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word "sell."

However, privacy laws in certain jurisdictions define terms such as "sell," "share," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough that some advertising, attribution, analytics, or cross-site technologies may potentially fall within those definitions.

If technologies used by the Service constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide the legally required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms.

Where applicable, you may exercise an opt-out through:

  • the cookie or privacy controls available on Wolf Eclipse;
  • device-level advertising privacy settings;

Certain browsers support privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control ("GPC").

Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals in accordance with applicable law.

Some browsers also provide a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. Because there is not a single universally accepted technical standard governing DNT signals, the Service may not respond to all DNT signals.

  • gambling eligibility;
  • credit eligibility;
  • betting limits;
  • deposits;
  • withdrawals;
  • real-money prizes;

  • gambling payouts,

because the Service does not provide those services.

We do not perform automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users in connection with real-money gambling.

15. Aggregated And De-Identified Information

We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information from information collected through the Service.

Where information has been effectively de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual, we may use it for purposes such as:

  • analytics;
  • research;
  • product development;
